How it works
Three steps to a card the whole team can sign before their last day
Create the card
Pick a new baby or parental leave template and add the first message as the organiser. Takes under 60 seconds.
Share the signing link
Send it round the team via Slack, email, WhatsApp, or a QR code on the noticeboard. No account needed to sign.
Deliver it before they go
Share the finished card on their last day in — or schedule it, so it lands exactly when you want it to.
One card, two moments to mark
A parental leave card usually does double duty: wishing someone well as they head off, and congratulating them once the baby arrives. Create one card, keep the signing link open, and let messages keep landing while they're away.
If the news comes after they've left, you can start a second card and share the link with the same team — nobody needs an account either time, so the ones who signed the first will sign the second.
Schedule the delivery
Set a delivery date and the card stays hidden until then — ideal for landing it on their last morning.
Everything included. Always free.
No premium tier. No trial expiry. No payment at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — completely free. No per-card fee, no subscription, no payment screen at any point. Every feature is included at no cost.
Do signers need to create an account?
No. Anyone with the signing link can add their message immediately — no account, no app download, no registration.
Can I use the same card for maternity, paternity, or shared parental leave?
Yes. The templates and copy are yours to write, so the same card works whoever is heading off and however the leave is split.
Should I send it before they leave or after the baby arrives?
Either. Most teams deliver it on the last day in the office, which is what the schedule-delivery option is for. If you would rather wait for the news, keep the card and share it once the baby has arrived — the signing link stays open for 30 days.
Can colleagues add photos or a message from home?
Yes. Signers can include an image link with their message, and since signing needs no account, anyone can add theirs from a phone wherever they are.
What happens to the card after it's delivered?
The card and all its messages are automatically deleted 6 months after creation. Signing links close after 30 days.
