How it works
Three steps to a retirement card the whole team — and everyone who came before them — can sign
Create the card
Pick a retirement template and add the first message as the organiser. Takes under 60 seconds.
Share the signing link
Send it round the whole team — current and former colleagues alike — via Slack, email, WhatsApp, or a QR code for the office.
Deliver the card
Let the messages build up over their final weeks, then present the finished card on their last day.
In the office? Use the QR code.
Create a retirement card, download the QR code, and stick it on the noticeboard for their last few weeks. Colleagues sign on their phone whenever they pass — no app, no account, no faff.
Works alongside your team chat too, so remote colleagues and anyone who's since moved on don't miss the chance to sign.
Print the QR code
Stick it anywhere in the office. Colleagues scan and sign. No link needed.
Everything included. Always free.
No premium tier. No trial expiry. No payment at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — completely free. No per-card fee, no subscription, no payment screen at any point. Every feature is included at no cost.
Do signers need to create an account?
No. Anyone with the signing link can add their message immediately — no account, no app download, no registration.
How many people can sign?
There's no limit. A long career touches a lot of people — everyone who wants to sign can.
Can I collect messages from people who've already left the company?
Yes. Since signing doesn't need an account, you can forward the link to former colleagues, old managers, or anyone else who'd want to add a message.
What happens to the card after it's delivered?
The card and all its messages are automatically deleted 6 months after creation. Signing links close after 30 days.
