Free welcome to the team card for a new starter
A new hire's first day is mostly logins and paperwork. A card signed by the people they're about to work with changes that. Create one in under 60 seconds — no account needed to sign.

How it works
Three steps to a welcome card waiting for them on day one
Create it before they start
Pick a template and write the opening message as the organiser. Do it as soon as the start date is confirmed.
Get the team to sign
Share the signing link in Slack, Teams, or email. Everyone adds a line — no account, no app, no registration.
Schedule it for day one
Set delivery for their first morning, then send them the link with their welcome email.
Onboarding remotely? This is the bit that's missing.
A new remote starter meets their team as a grid of faces in a calendar invite. A card signed by all of them — with names, roles, and something human in each message — gives them a reference point on day one that no onboarding doc does.
Because signing needs no account, the whole team can add a message from wherever they are, including people who won't be in the first week's meetings.
Everyone signs, wherever they are
Office, home, or another timezone — colleagues click the link and write their message. No contributor limit.
Everything included. Always free.
No premium tier. No trial expiry. No payment at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — completely free. No per-card fee, no subscription, no payment screen at any point. Every feature is included at no cost.
Do signers need to create an account?
No. Anyone with the signing link can add their message immediately — no account, no app download, no registration.
How do I get the card to them on their first day?
Schedule delivery for that morning and include the card link in their welcome email. The card stays hidden until the delivery time, so the link can go out in advance.
Is this different from a new job card?
Yes — this one is for welcoming someone into your team. If you are marking a colleague leaving for a role elsewhere, the new job card page covers that instead.
Can I use it for an internal move or a returning colleague?
Yes. Someone joining from another department, or coming back after a career break, gets the same benefit from a card that says who everyone is.
What happens to the card after it's delivered?
The card and all its messages are automatically deleted 6 months after creation. Signing links close after 30 days.
