By using SimpleCards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

SimpleCards is a free service that allows users to create group greeting cards and collect messages from multiple contributors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a licence to display it as part of the card. You must not post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam or commercial advertising
• Malicious code or phishing attempts

4. Card Expiry and Deletion

Signing links expire 30 days after card creation. All card data is permanently deleted 6 months after creation. We are not responsible for data loss after these periods.

5. Donations

Donations are optional and non-refundable. They support the operation of SimpleCards and do not provide any additional features or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

SimpleCards is provided free of charge. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.
